FAQ

Who is behind the Return 2 New Brunswick program?
The Return 2 New Brunswick program is managed by Aquila, in cooperation with the Province of New Brunswick and the Return 2 New Brunswick members. The program is designed to encourage cruise ship passengers to return to New Brunswick a second time for a longer, land-based vacation.

How does the Return 2 New Brunswick program work?
Visiting cruise ship passengers are given a key card to return to New Brunswick, with this website (www.return2newbrunswick.com) printed on the key. By visiting the website, passengers can make bookings and print coupons for special offers and discounts from the members of the Return 2 New Brunswick program. The key cards are distributed by tour guides, taxi drivers, and the Meet & Greet committee during the passengers’ visits to the Port of Saint John, New Brunswick. If you are planning to return to New Brunswick for a vacation, please browse through our site for information and special offers, and be sure to check back with us often, as new members are joining the program all the time!

How do I request additional information or make a booking?
To request additional information or to make a booking with a member, simply click on the appropriate button on the member’s page, and you will be guided through the process.

How can I be sure to receive the special offer or discount?
Remember to mention Return 2 New Brunswick when you book. Also, be sure to print the coupon and bring it with you to present upon arrival.

Do the special offers or discounts change?
The participating members are responsible for their own special offers and discounts, and they will be actively posting the special offers for their listings. The lengths of the individual promotions may vary and some restrictions may apply. Please confirm the details of the special offer with the establishment at the time of booking.
